I would highly recommend a one-on-one postural analysis with Sera for anyone who wants to increase their self-awareness, get the most out of there Pilates sessions, and learn some of the key exercises that they can do that will have the most impact. As a busy working mom with 2 small kids, I don't have a lot of time to spend on myself and can often feel rushed when trying to fit a workout in. The things I learned through my posture session with Sera has increased my awareness and given me some simple applied tools to increase the quality and intention of my movement when I do a Pilates class, and even when I do other exercise like running or gym. If you value quality over rushed quantity this is for you.
